Shopify Has given me less then 3 days and disabled my account from there 3rd party 

 

They supplied me with drop shipper in Australia > SOFORTIG there supplier on the 24th June they sent me letter to provide them proof i can sell the said items  how ever they disabled my account on the 27th June but sent me warring they would this by the 30th June 2022. Shoppingdone.com.au has now been fully shut down with less then 7 days for me to react get the letter from their 3rd party App they approved >> I paid them yearly upfront i feel there staff lied to me saying they sent the email to me on the 11th April how ever i have only received it on the 24 june as below

We noticed that your store,  shoppingdone.com,.au, is selling branded or trademarked products. For example:
shoppingdone.com.au removed link

Your Shopify Payments payouts have been placed on hold until we can verify you are an authorized reseller. Please visit link or login to your Shopify admin to securely upload the following documents:
  • Written authorization from all of the brand(s) or rightsholder(s) whose products you sell 
  • Invoices from the suppliers these products were purchased from

All of your documents will be handled securely, according to our privacy policy

We also require that you review and submit the  for all products on your Shopify store.

If we don't receive the requested documentation and completed attestation by June 27, 2022, we may disable your account.

If you are unable to provide the requested documentation you will need to remove the branded or trademarked product(s) from your Shopify store and admin. Kindly note that if you decide to remove the branded or trademarked products from your store, you will still need to sign the attestation.

Thanks for reaching out to share your frustration with the situation you find yourself facing.

 

I understand that this is not easy to deal with, and not something you feel has been fairly executed.

 

As this relates to a query with our Legal team, it would be necessary for you to address any queries you may have by way of a reply to that email ticket ID you have shared here.

 

We're not able to view or access tickets in that system from support, nor would we be able to comment on individual accounts publicly at all.

 

If there's any other information or options available to you at the moment it would be by way of inquiring via that ticket ID.

this is not true because no one gets in touched but its fine because I am suing you now. and i reached out to ACCC to day they said they are going to look in to this as well if they decide you have done wrong and kept my money on top you could be sued for millions by the Australia watch dog
