What to do after an order is placed on my online store?

An order was placed...now what do I do?..wait for the products to show shipped right???

Hi @AOhrazda19

It sounds like you are dropshipping your products. So you will want to make sure you are familiar with the process for fulfilling an order when dropshipping.

Broadly speaking, when you receive an order, you will need to pop into whichever dropshipping app you are using in order to notify the supplier. Usually, once you've done that in your app, you can then mark it as fulfilled in your store admin.

 

Each app will have its own interface for this, so you may need to check the help documentation for that app. For example here is the guide to order fulfillment for DSers. I'd highly recommend that you check out our Dropshipping 101 course on our Academy.

You need to confirm the order from a supplier or contact directly to the supplier. 

Different app providers have other methods for shipping. Chat with app support, you will have an idea.
