What type of Amazon or eBay account is best for adding products to my inventory?

I would like to add products from the likes of amazon and ebay to my inventory, US mainland only.

what type of ebay or amazon account should i opt for

I obviously would want a discount or wholesale price to make it worth my while, I'm not interested in affiliate marketing as this is a very niche market and I only need certain complimentary produces to add to my inventory.
