When i go onto my shopify account it says i dont have permssion and i refresh and everything

I try go onto my shopify account it doesnt let me access it im worried because itll charge me every month and ill have no way of cancelling it and ive set all my payments up and have payed for the domain

Could you share some more information about what happens when you try to sign into your store account? Are you seeing any specific error messages? 

I also recommend double checking the email account you are signing in with to ensure you are signed in with the right one. You will also want to check your emails (spam/junk too) for any communications about your account from our support team.
