You could share maybe name of the store, link to that store so we could check if maybe that is a fake/scam store.
For the rest, you need to contact the store directly or Shopify on this link:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant
and choose. "Issue with an order," where you give more details.
