Where can I track a YunExpress package in the US?

Hello Shopify Community,

 

I have this shipment for a US customer that was shipped through YunExpress. When you go to YunExpress, it says that the last mile tracking number is 00040895343534520245.

 

I am wondering if anyone on here knows where to track this package if it's already in the US.

That's weird to see this tracking. I think you should contact Yuntu directly to ask about the carrier who received the package when it arrives in the US.

I hope you could sort out the problem soon.

Thank you for your question.

The last mile tracking number seems to be the wrong one. Cause normally YunExpress will transfer your package to USPS when the package arrives in the US. And the last mile tracking number should start with 90xxxx.

When YunExpress gives you the tracking number, starting with YTxxx, you should go to the website to get the last mile tracking and also know which carrier will receive the package when it's already in the US, normally it will be USPS and you can go to USPS website to track it directly or use this website also.

Thank you for your input. Yes, there are instances wherein YunTrack's last-mile tracking number is trackable on USPS' website. But this one is not, please check the actual YunTrack link below:

When this happens, I am unable to provide the link to the USPS because it's not trackable.

 

Any thoughts?
