Why am I still being charged after cancelling my AutoDS subscription?

I need help fast. I canceled my autods subscription and was charged a fee for using the app $41.82. I'm afraid that it will deduct that amount or more every month, and it says that once I reach the $200 limit, invoicing will start automatically, and that's why I'm afraid that it will be deducted every month. Please I need help because im beginner
