Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Hello. So I have been tagging my products to separate them into different categories. For example, I have "Girls" and then sub categories like "summer clothes" and "winter clothes." However, under "summer clothes" all my products in the entire store are showing up, even the winter ones. And I double checked the tags and they are only tagged "winter clothes" not summer. So I am not sure why this is happening?

Also. Are you sure you created the collection for the summer clothes? In your collections list, there is no collection for it

Hi Ash,
Would you be able to share your store's URL so that I can take a look at it? Could you also share what theme you're using?
Thanks!
Hi Paul! I will link the URL here. Password is summer. And I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure of the theme! But as you can see, under "summer rompers & jumpsuits" every single product in the store shows up. I believe the other ones are fine.

Hi Ash,
It looks like when I visit the page:
https://czlyt4p7npf77bn3-62930387144.shopifypreview.com/collections/girls/summer-sets
I get redirected to the all-girls collection.
Can you check your redirects inside Online Store > Navigation? and send a screenshot here.

Hi Paul. So sorry for the late response. I finally figured it out, thank you so much for your help!!
Hi there! I’ve come across a similar issue before when managing tags on my website. Sometimes, it can happen if the tag structure or filtering settings in your theme are slightly off, causing broader tags to override more specific ones. Double-check if your theme's code or settings are set up to recognise subcategories properly.
If you're looking for inspiration on how beautifully categorised product pages can look, I recently came across Rooh London ’s website, and their organisation is fantastic. Their categories, like summer and winter collections, are so intuitive and well-structured—it makes browsing effortless. Perhaps reviewing how sites like theirs set up tags and categories might give you some ideas on how to streamline your setup!
Hope that helps, and good luck sorting out the tagging issue. 😊
