Resolve these domain issues to ensure your Shopify site works for customers.

  • Error fetching domain A record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for coolbubs.in and check that the record is set to the IP address (private). Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain CAA record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for coolbubs.in and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain DNSSEC record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for coolbubs.in and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain nameserver record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for coolbubs.in and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.

It doesn't look like you have any DNS records set for your domain name: https://who.is/dns/coolbubs.in

Here's the official help doc for which records you need to set: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/connecting-domains/connect-domain-manual

If you purchased the domain directly through Shopify, and it's been over 48 hours, then you'd want to reach out to Shopify's support team directly, for further help troubleshooting.

I purchased my domain directly from shopify.

can you name the records I should keep in my DNS settings

Should I delete MX and TXT records?

If you purchased the domain name from Shopify directly, then the DNS records should of already been set for you.

MX and TXT records will not interfere with the main A-Record & 'www' CNAME record that needs to be set. The doc I linked in my last message has the DNS records that need to be set.
