Why can't I advertise my designer items on Facebook and Google?

I can not advertise on facebook  and google some designer items. I have purchesed from shopify apps market app for droppshiping designer chlotes, but items can not be downloaded to facebok catalog and google market. And app is 99 EUR month. Is there any solutions?
