Hello! Why they only get to checkout, put details and never finish? I have made a test order and everything is ok with the payment method. My website is endless-shop.com  .

Check your abandoned cart section and confirm that your customers are not getting any errors when checking out.

If there's no tech issue, then work on optimizing your checkout. You can do the following:

  1. Use Abandoned Cart Recovery Emails: Set up automated emails that are sent to customers who abandon their carts. These emails should remind them about the items they left behind and encourage them to complete their purchase.

  2. Display Trust Signals: Display trust signals such as customer reviews, security badges, and payment options to help customers feel more confident about making a purchase.

  3. Optimize for Mobile: Ensure that your store is optimized for mobile devices as many customers shop using their smartphones.

  4. Provide Multiple Payment Options: Offer a variety of payment options such as credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay to make it easier for customers to pay for their purchases.

  5. Offer Free Shipping: Consider offering free shipping or other incentives to encourage customers to complete their purchases.

By the way, checkout Spocket! It's what I use for my store and it's definitely worth checking out.
