Why do my DSers and AliExpress dropship orders keep getting declined?

I keep requesting fulfillment on orders but the keep getting declined. i'm drop shipping through DSers and AliExpress. i made sure my website has all the options for the products but they still get declined. what could be the problem? Can anyone help?
