Why is DSers not placing my order correctly?

I received a few orders and when I got to my awaiting order tab to order them it never loads and shows “1 order is being placed” but never placed the order. It’s been loading for about 3 hours now and usually it takes 20 secs. What is going on?

Update to whoever google this in the future: issue was solved with the help of DSers support.
