Why is my high-end furniture store not converting sales?

Hey everyone! Hoping I can get some feedback on my store. I just came up on one year since I started my higher end furniture store. I've had one sale and had to end up refunding the customer as my shipping costs and cost of the item would have put me in the negative. 

I have run google ads twice with the guidance from a mentor/course I was in, I received lots of visitors but no conversions.

I recently left the course I purchased and was given a refund thankfully since I have been working on this business full time for a year.

I currently have an affiliate program through Awin as well. Mentor had me join as a "ninja tactic"  since I was not seeing any sales through paid ads. About 6 months with Awin and zero conversions. A waste of money for me at least I believe.

Where am I going wrong?  Appreciate any input!

You have made the store really incredible one. looks everything fine. your'e spending money but result not coming thats hard luck but you can make some marketing strategy that will grow your business as brand and increse the sales. i can suggest some marketing strategy that you can consider. I hope you store will blast.

1. Retarget the customer that visit your website and browse different products. 

2. Launch coupon and offer free shipping with combo package on special occation.

3. increase social media engagement with infographics, mems etc

4. Try to do influencer marketing rather

5. launch giveway campaign by engaging social media users.

6. last but not the least make videos on your products to reach more leads.

there are many more scope to follow but i mentioned the modern strategy
