Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Why is my push limit 0 products?
Hi, @lightadrii!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.
It sounds like you are having an issue when transferring your products to you're store via a dropshipping app. Feel free to provide some specific context in regards to your question, as I'll be able to provide some more specific support regarding your situation. My first suggestion would be to reach out directly to your dropshipping platform if you are receiving an error code when trying to push products to Shopify. They should be able to take a closer look into this.
A common reason for this occurring is typically due to your current plan with the dropshipping supplier. For instance, you may be on a plan that prevents you from pushing products to Shopify. My suggestion here would be to reach out to support or check your plan's features to see if this is the issue.
Another potential issue could be that you have reached Shopify’s limit on the number of products/variants apps are able to create using API. If this is the case, we can provide some more information on this via live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
Feel free to reply back to this thread with any questions or updates and we can continue our conversation further!
