Kaia here from Kaia Marketing to help you! 
Your store is password protected! This can be because you have not picked a plan yet for your store! If however you have picked a plan and activated it you can disable this by following the next steps:

• Navigate to Online Store > Preferences> Password protection
• Toggle the "Enable password" option off

This will turn off your password protection!
