why isn't my traffic converting?

I've used tiktok  ads to get all the people to my store but with 2000 sessions ive only gotten 1 ad to cart. im spending $120 a day on ads and im getting 1000 people a day to my store but no add to carts is there an issue with the store i have created pls help me.
