Why won't my drop shipping products upload to my website?

Hello I’m working on my drop shipping and, I’m trying to add my products to my Shopify website I went on YouTube for help and everything but, for some reason my products won’t upload to the website I’m not sure if I did something wrong but can someone please help.

Hello @Francisca__ray  is there anyway we can FaceTime not on any weird stuff but, just  so you can walk me through it I’m still kind of lost. I’ve created all my collections but the only thing it’s  not allowing me to do is when I go to online store then customize and, I’lil click on featured collections then “select collection”. I’ll select it and then nothing will pop up.
