Hello, im wondering if this 20 sales per month with 1200 visitors is a normal amount? Im spending £15 per day on Google ads and wondering if there's anything else I can do to increase sales? Thanks in advance.

Hmm,

Are you sure you are targeting the right people with your ads?

  • Check how long they stay on the site - that is indicative how relevant the visitors are.
  • And check if you're targeting the right geo location.
  • Check your Search Keywords (the actual keywords that the people used to come to the site, under Audiences, KWs and content) and exclude the irrelevant ones (by adding them to the Negative kw list)

The benchmark conversion rate is 3%-4%. where your actual conversion rate is 1.6% despite spending a significant amount for paid users.

The best way to increase nowadays is content marketing(video,GIf, Meme ). the more you create content and post on social media you can expect better sales. 

So increase your social engagement which will make credibility better.  I would suggest to go for pinterest, tiktok marketing organically. it would take time though but always a sustainable and proven method. 

another thing, you can retarget the users who made add-to-cart or checkout events but did not purchase.

create custom audience in Google Analytics 4 and import to Google ads by linking GA4 with GAds.
