My site is fairly new (www.theacdrift.com) haven't made a sale yet.  Would love to get you guy's opinion on my site and analytics.   ( Going to hit up the SEO hard this weekend with titles & product descriptions).

The stats don't actually look that bad. Decent amount of time spent on the site. Better question is where people are dropping off. Are they adding to cart?

You have lots of traffic but no sales. Here is some advice for you:

• You can check analytics in details to see which source bring the most traffic, how effective it is.
• Please make sure you are not spammed, filter your traffic to check spam
• I saw that you offer a discount on your chat support, but I think, you should let it more impressed by displaying a popup. Hence your customer can easily reach that promotion. In your case, you can try one more type of popup: Exit-intend popup. This type of popup will make your customer stay longer on site or have more engagement.
• Time on page is low, you should review and improve your content on those pages to motivate visitors to engage.

Initial I had a few pop-ups on my site like what you posted but I didn't want to spam people away, you know.  That exit pop-up strat sounds interesting I do have mail chimp running for cart abandonment, but I will have to look into other options.  Will definitely create a filter to prevent the spam/bots.

Looking good. I think, focus on retention also, have a regular sale or promotion and continue to find new products. What marketing are you currently doing?

At the moment doing facebook and google ads,  spent about 70 dollars over that month testing.   Probably not the best idea of having a low daily budget testing products (4-6 dollars).   Does anyone think the website is too artsy with the items moving around into place?
