SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hi,
It's been about two months since I've launched my store Abarecloset.com.
I've come a long way tweaking my website, products, etc. In my early stages of running Facebook ads I managed to get a few add to carts, but I honestly felt like I had no idea what I was doing.
At one point I was getting 100+ visitors daily but I had a 90%+ bounce rate. Now that my website is redesigned, users are staying on average from 20-50 seconds before leaving and have an average bounce rate of 65%. I suspect this may go up once traffic increases.
Currently, my FB conversion campaign is running for women for about 2 million people on with a "view content" objective. In the past, I had the "add to cart" and "purchase" objective" so this could be a reason for no add to carts? I've duplicated a new campaign with an "add to cart" objective to see how things go.
I understand that FB users aren't mean to convert the first try to a brand they don't know. However, I've seen case studies of people getting some add to carts in the early stages. I'm thinking something is off with my website's product page, product images, or website copy.
I'm hoping someone who has experieince with getting sales through FB ads can shed some light on where I should be focusing on. My plan now is to feed the FB pixel a little more data and then retarget visitors who'd spent the most time on my site with a coupon code.
Thanks in advance!

What's your target audience?
@ecompro I have a persona or an idea for who my target market is, but unfortunately I don't have a clear answer for this.
That's the biggest pain point I have currently. I'm spending money and time with FB ads to find my ideal customer.
Currently, I'm targeting people who are interested in sustainability and fashion.
