A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published.

We are trying to create a Social-media campaign on Facebook and Instagram.
However, Facebook is not approving the campaign. We have searched in Shopify in regards of this topic, but everything at our end seems to be working.
Any new suggestions on how to solve this?

Would you happen to receive any specific error messages when you are attempting to create the social media campaign? For example, is the message that is informing you that the campaign is not approved specify anything else? As this context will allow us to assist you better in this situation.

If you are not receiving an error message and the campaign is not publishing, I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your browser and try to publish the campaign once again. If the issue persists, you can then try to use a separate browser. For example - if you are using Safari, you can try this action on Google Chrome.
