Hey, @Mad_Modeler.
This is Elias from Shopify Support. That's a great question and I'd be happy to lend a hand with this!
You can define your keywords in the preferences of your online store, and we've also got a guide to help you with that here - Adding keywords for SEO to your Shopify store. Simply head over to your Online store from within your admin and click into Preferences, then enter your keywords in the section - Title and meta description.
You can also add keywords for each of your products, collections, pages, or blogs, which is located near the bottom of each page in the admin. Simply look for the section - Search engine listing preview, and click Edit website SEO.
We'd also recommend this timeless guide by Moz - The Beginner's Guide to SEO, which offers great insight for defining your keywords and getting the most out of search engine optimization (SEO). Furthermore, we have a few other suggestions for improving your SEO as well.
I'd love to know if this is what you're looking for. Keep me posted!

You can define your keywords on website content. Place your keywords on Meta titles and descriptions of home, collection and product pages. Highlight your keywords on heading tags. Also use keywords in product description.

Now that is the answer that people need, precise, to the point and informative.
Unlike the other two answers on here, that tell me nothing !
Thank you, ! @Elias
Hi @Mad_Modeler,
Agree with @avdhesh. Also, you can define your keywords on URL of each page, so not only meta tags and content, make sure that your URL includes the keyword you want to push.
