Hi, I want to run abandoned cart emails to my customers and I am using Mailchimp for all my marketing emails. It is linked via Shopsync. I contacted Shopsync and they don't know how to help. I have created a new campaign in Mailchimp for abandoned cart emails and started it. Then I have tested it myself by going through the ordering process. After I abandoned the cart, I have received two abandoned cart emails - 1 from Shopify and 1 from Mailchimp. In my Shopify admin settings, I have abandoned cart emails turned on. If I turn it off in the Shopify settings then no abandoned emails come through both channels. How can I run only Mailchimp abandoned cart emails?
