SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
We setup Abandoned Cart emails using native Shopify Flow and Shopify Email. I can see that the emails are trigerring and being sent. But we have 0 reach, sessions, etc.
This got me curious as to why it was so low and I triggered one myself and clicked on the email I got. Nothing showed up in the Actions Taken column.
So basically it's not capturing any of the activity happening after the Abandoned Cart email is sent.
How can I fix this?
Hello Ftbt,

Hey Ftbt,
Try checking these things:
Email Content: Make sure your email content is engaging and has clear call-to-action (CTA) buttons that stand out. Sometimes, a simple design tweak can make a big difference.
Mobile Optimization: Double-check that your emails are mobile-friendly since a lot of users will be viewing them on their phones. Buttons should be easy to tap, and text should be readable without zooming in.
Links: Verify that all links in your email are correctly set up and directing users to the right pages. You can do this by sending a test email to yourself and clicking through.
Tracking: Ensure that your email provider or app is set up to track clicks properly. Sometimes, settings can get misconfigured, or tracking codes might not be added correctly.
Timing: Experiment with the timing of your abandoned cart emails. Sending them too soon or too late can affect how effective they are.
If everything seems set up correctly and you're still not seeing clicks, it might be worth reaching out to Shopify Support or your email service provider for more specific guidance.
