Account suspended due to policy violation: landing page not working

All the products in my shopify store have been disapproved and my merchant center account suspended for policy violation.

All legal pages and contact us pages are updated so I'm wondering what the issue is.

Hi @Lelvin,

do I understand correctly that you’re talking about FB ads? If yes, then:

is it a newly launched store? Facebook quite often bans newly created accounts.

The error — landing page view not working - haven’t you changed the name of the collection before you wanted to set up the ads? Or any significant changes made to the products’ URLs?

Have you tried requesting review for the ads? And did you use this link for requesting a review for banned account?
