I'm running an ecommerce store through Shopify. I ran an ad using ads.tiktok & the app through Shopify but they stopped working. My ad campaign on Shopify says it's costed me $81.29 but yet on ads.tiktok it says the total cost is USD$150. 

 

Which one is the most accurate one?

 

Do they not just sync or am I missing something?

 

Is this why my ads have stopped running?
