Add Tag to a customer who signs up for newsletter on Page

Hello, 

I would like to add code to this page: https://skillshotfx.com/pages/the-pinball-show  so if they signup using the newsletter form that is on this page that it tags them.  This will then go into our OmniSend tool so we can segment them out.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm making a landing page that I'm using to procure opt-ins and I wanted to send a welcome email to everyone who signs up, problem is i cant find out how to make 1 time emails for people with a specific tag, so how do I do it? I'm on the free plan btw.
