Add To Cart Pixel events fires three times

Hi, on my website https://theilashcollective.com/ facebook add to cart event fires trhree times when an user put an order in the cart.

The pixel is installed only on shopify backend, no code injection. I didn't find anything wrong in the code. How to figure out? Theme: Ecommcoach v3.4
