Adding Amazon Affiliate Links to Shopify Blog

The Amazon Affiliate Links do not display on my Shopify Blog Page.  The snippet from Amazon is pasted at the bottom of the page and that works fine for the banners.  But this frowning image appears when the snippet for the text and image is used.  Is there something that needs to be done differently to get this to work?

I'd be happy to look into this. Could you link me to the blog that this broken link is appearing? It seems like either the affiliate link is broken or formatted incorrectly.
