Adding customer order number to email automation

Hi Community, 

I would like to send an automatic email to every customer once their order is fulfilled after a few days. I would like each email to have their unique order number in the email subject & within the email. How can this be done? I have tried adding {{ order_name }} , but this does not yet work. What am I doing wrong and how can this be fixed?

For this you need an custom APP which will subscribe the order API and check the it's status and take necessary step of sending mail.
