Adwords how to add price and "in stock"

Hello, 

I'm using google adwords, and I would like to know if it is possible to add the price of the product and "in stock" like it is on this example picture. This is not an ad, just a search result in google for a specific product. I found ad extensions and price extensions in my google ads but it does't look like the example at all, the extensions don't come under the blue title.

What you are seeing there are known as 'extensions' in Google Ads. Specifically, price extensions. Google has a help document here where you can learn more about how extensions work. Their help document here, touches base on price extensions specifically. but the price extensions I see in my adwords account are like in this example I show you here: 

And I want it to be small and under the main title like in the first example I posted, but it was not an Ad
