Hi, all my products on Google Merchant Center were disapproved citing the error:

The attribute does not contain ISO 3166 country code: tax.country

Can you help me fix this?

Thank you,

This is an accepted solution.

@JasperPine Yes that will be a problem. You should only have 1 feed, to avoid double listings and potentially getting suspended.

I recommend you delete the first one, ie googlebasedata.txt.zip

There are two ways forward.

Option 1:

Clear the tax values by using feed rules, and then adding the tax settings in that account, instead of the feed.

Option 2

Adding using feed rules and prepend the country code US

And check that the values look like this  US::6.49:yes

Or US:80302:8.75

Etc

My recommendation, clear the rules, and setup up using Google Merchant Center Settings.

Hello, thank you very much for your help.

I am trying to proceed with option 1, however I am not tech savvy and
not sure exactly what to do.

The first part you mentioned: Clear the tax values by using feed rules.

I am at the point in google merchant center where I can create rules,
but have no clue what to do.

Can you please walk me through this? Thank you very much,

Jason

Thank you for trying to help me.  But I am clueless.  I guess I would
need someone to walk me through it step by step.

Hello again, I was trying to implement your suggestions but I am confused.

I have two feeds listed in google merchant center, please see image below.

Can you please tell me if this indicates a problem?

Which one should I modify as you mentioned.

Thank you,

Jason

Hola amigo. Nosotras tuvimos el mismo problema en nuestra tienda de cueca menstrual y bragas menstruales y lo solucionamos con un APP para subir los feeds. Ahora no recuerdo el nombre. Suerte
