All my products has been rejected by Facebook and ad account  has been restricted.

All my products has been rejected by Facebook and ad account  has been restricted. Also my shopify store has been disconnected from Facebook. When I click to reconnect Facebook it came back with error message "Facebook user could not be connected, try again"

All attempt to reach Facebook support has been unsuccessful. Looks like they even took off the chat on the support page. 

I hope someone can drop one or two recommendation to resolve this issues.

I understand that you are having some issues with reaching out to Facebook Support in order to understand why your products and in turn your merchant account with them have been revoked. While I cannot directly speculate, typically this would be due to the content of your products. 

 

I would suggest contacting Facebook Business Support through their direct website here: https://bit.ly/3lTOOW2

 

Can you tell me if you have tried that? As we would be unable to check this out directly for you. Beyond that, you can create another ad account to attempt to get a revised list of products checked as it might be worth trying a smaller selection to see if you can identify which product(s) are causing this issue.

I thought life should be easier after migrating to Shopify. Life is a lot more complicated. I should have stayed on WOOCOMMERCE.
