Allow email subscribers to select their preferences

Hi !

I'm currently working on doing more email marketing for my shop. I'm using Shopify Email.

I was wondering if there is any way (directly included in Shopify/shopify email, or any app, without having to change to Mailchimp or whatever, or by doing some coding as I know some basics), to allow my subscribers to select their marketing preferences.

For example :

Let's say I have 3 types of emails : "Newsletter" (I send every 3 months), "New products" (depending on new products), and "Upcoming event" (I send a week before every event I attend).

Imagine I have a customer X, not interested in "Upcoming event", I would like X to be able to choose to unsuscribe to "Upcoming event" only, not to all 3 types of email marketing.

Currently, the (shopify email generated) unsuscribe button at the end of my emails leads to a page saying they have succesfully unsuscribed.

I know I can add tags to my email suscribers, but they can't edit them themselves from what I know ?

If you want to to get sales with email marketing you need to use email marketing app and the high converting email marketing plan now is omnisend , if you want it to convert you need to set it up properly, if its is well set up im 100% sure it will convert i have done this for some clients , dont  you mind if i can help?
