Great work so far on your store, my first impressions are that it looks professional but it lacks an actual brand. 

There isn't much consistency in the product photo styles and they make your company seem less trustworthy because it seems like it could just be a bunch of photos downloaded from google. 

The About Us is full of cliche terms, but doesn't actually tell us anything about you. People trust people, and with so many scams these days poeple won't just buy because you have a website, you need to build a brand and earn their trust.

Hey Oussama, I think the biggest thing for me when first looking at your site was the menu. Having the Confidentiality Policy in the main menu set alarm bells ringing so I'd definitely consider revamping that. I'd probably suggest creating some new collections by manufacturer (iPhone Cases, Samsung Cases etc). Having these in your main menu would straight away let people know what you do and let them navigate to the right collection for them. Following on from that, none of your products have a description which again doesn't convince me to buy a product. Having a good description for every product would help massively. Again on the products pages (e.g. Spider Printed Phone Case For iPhone 5S,6, 6S, 7 and 8 Plus), there is only one case that has a spider on. This is very confusing. I'd recommend splitting these cases out into individual products with names and descriptions relevant to each individual case. I know there is a lot of work here but these changes will definitely help.

Hello. I took a look at your store and I have a few suggestions. The first thing I think would help is to add a blog or relevant article to your store that will help you gain organic traffic to your store. The next suggestion would be to add your url to google webmaster so that google can index your pages to show up on google search. The last suggestion would be to add a few more graphics and or banners to showcase your products, right now you only have one plain picture that doesnt describe anything about your products or its features. I hope these suggestions help.

Hi Oussama,

It might be that you're not advertising enough or not doing that correctly. I think generating relevant traffic is the number ONE problem for every new Ecommerce store.
