Welcome! We spend a lot of time on the forums responding to people asking for feedback on their store. Since I don't know what your store is about, take from this whatever applies to you but the most common issues we see are:

1. Wrong choice of product/products. What I mean by this is selling products in a saturated market (ie. clothing), selling products that are easily accessible (can walk into any big box store and purchase) and selling a bunch of random products that don't relate to one another. We did a whole video on the topic:

2. SEO issues. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO. You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to be intentional about the words you use so that you are reaching your intended audience. We see it a lot, store owners get plenty of traffic but no sales and they are left discouraged and frustrated. We have video on this as well:

3. Getting the wrong kind of traffic. We see a lot of these types of posts - "500 visitors, no sales!!" or "High traffic, no conversions!". SEO can help with this issue but another issue and a costly one is that people run ads too early or are not targeting their ads properly. They end up with an influx of visitors that aren't interested in purchasing, it eats up their ad budget and leaves them without conversions.
