App Recommendation needed: Give a coupon to Customer A for gifting a product to Customer B?

I'm trying to set up a thing that is turning out to be remarkably complicated. 

I want to give a free bag of coffee to anyone who purchases a gift subscription for someone else. What makes it complicated is that I want to give a free bag of coffee for every gift subscription they purchase. So, if, over the course of BFCM they purchase 4 gift subscriptions, they get 4 free bags of coffee.

On the surface it is simple, but in reality, having it work is turning out to be a mess. Once you get into notifying customers of the coupon for the free bags, when to deliver, etc. I have a solution in place via Klaviyo that seems like it might work, but at the moment it feels like a house of cards and I'm just wondering if there might be an app out there that can do this type of thing?

You can reward your customer with a limited store credit for a specific collection/product.
