Yes, they are all GDPR compliant. It doesn't matter what you put there the pixel will not work before they click they accept cookies.
If you spend money on Facebook ads there are no need for not going for the Maximum. In a world of ios 14 the better and more accurate data, you can get the better your chances of optimisation of your store in the future.
Do not worry about the GDPR if you set up your cookie bar properly there is nothing to worry about ethical standpoint.
