Hello @Eikyoliu,

I've taken a look at your store. Nice products! I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.

1. Home page looks so crowded with images. Reduce the image size or reduce the sections.
2. Wherever you are listing the products, leave some gap between each images also reduce the image size.
3. Highlight product benefits
Avoid copy-pasting the description provided by the manufacturer. The product description gives you a great opportunity to integrate SEO keywords and reason why one should purchase it.
4. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.
5. On hover of footer links, the link color is becoming white which is difficult to read.
6. Add a section for email Newsletter in the footer to give updates pertaining to your business, products, and services.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
8. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
9. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
10. Use Trust Badges
Trust badges are crucial for every eCommerce store. Until people trust you with their credit card information, they won’t make a purchase. A few ways to establish trust with potential customers are: Install an SSL certificate in your store, display small images of credit cards and other payment options, add social buttons that take your customers to your social media accounts, display your contact info (phone number, email address, and office address) prominently.

I also saw that you have a pretty large Instagram following. You should also try getting your Instagram followers onto your email list. That makes it easier to track, nurture and convert sales.

There are Shopify apps to help you do this, or you can just do it manually by using some sort of incentive to encourage your followers to join your email list.

I also saw that you have a pretty large Instagram following. You can try social selling on social media. It is important not to confuse selling on social media with social media marketing and advertising. Social selling means direct and personal interaction with customers via their social media activity to create a sense of credibility and establish a relationship. Social media marketing, on the other hand, means conducting promotional activities using the company’s social media accounts and building brand awareness that way.
