Attribute specific install to a PPC campaign on the Shopify marketplace

We are running PPC campaigns within Shopify to gain installs for our app.


I'm aware that for PPC campaigns on Shopify they show the number of installs however we want to know *which accounts specifically* installed from a PPC campaign.


EG if we have 3 installs from website owners and and our PPC campaign pulled in we know that our installs are "1" in the PPC dashboard, but we have no idea how we know that it was *specifically* that installed from the PPC click.


Is there a way to do this or is this just not possible in Shopify?
