What attribution model would you recommend to use in "Purchase" conversion action. The one we use now is "Last click", however Google recommends us to change it to "Data-driven". Would this change be a right step?

Definitely don't use last-click. I suggest a linear model or if you're getting a few hundred conversions per month, the data-driven model is great. I think you'd learn a lot by understanding what each model does, in my Google Ads tracking guide. It's quiet simple when you read it once.
