Hi, I tried searching for an answer to my specific problem but I am not finding it.
I created a BOGO promo, buy 2, get 1 free. I tested it out and it seems to work. I have to add 3 items to my cart, and 3rd one shows up free. But as soon as I go to check out, only 2 items show up in the my cart. And when I complete and place the order, only 2 still show up on my order confirmation. Why is this happening?
We need to ensure that 3 shows up for the customer AND also for our own Shipping and Invoicing departments. Why did the 3rd free item disappear?
Could you please share your store URL so that I can see the actual issue?

Are you using an app for the BOGO? Your best bet is to contact support of the app.
The Gifter app is really good for this. It lets you automatically include another product in the customer's cart when they buy certain products or reach a certain cart value. You can also auto-apply discounts.
