Automatic reduction, just for one customer !

Hello,

I would like to know how to create an automatic reduction for just one customer ?

So by this way the customer does not have to remember or to fill a code.

ex : for Mr Martin only, 2% automatic reduction for orders over 100€ , 3% for orders over 200€, 4% for orders over 300€
