Automation email templates show default store name "My Store"

Hi all, 

I am struggling a little trying to customize the Automation email templates on my store. I am not able to replace the default text "My Store", even though my settings are okay. The store details are okay, including the store name. 

Today I deleted all automation to start from scratch, but the issue persists.

Can anybody help me to fix this error? I attach a screenshot to show how it looks.Screenshot 2023-03-22 at 16.00.21.png

Hi @hassan1203 , thank you so much for replying. I checked the Email settings and the brand settings were not synced. I clicked sync and my problem was fixed.

Hello Frimo, 

 

I think you should try these:

  1. Verify that the store details and store name are correctly entered in the email template customization settings and that there are no spelling errors or typos.
  2. As you already deleted all of the automation email templates, then you need to check for any conflicts with third-party apps that modify email templates and temporarily disable them if necessary.
