Back Link Questions??

When I look at the "Top Linking Sites" tab on the new Google Search Console I see I have 1800 plus linking sites. I immediately thought that was great because everyone says back links are great....right.

However - when I try to find these sites they are non-existent, examples;-

http://gospelworkshop-kirchzarten.de/

http://dalmatinerhund.de/

http://travelmate-nz.de/

When you check to see what is being linked, this shows.

All linking to genuine pages but the source is not genuine.

What the hell is going on. More importantly - what is the effect on my Google position??

What can be done about it?
