What channels is your traffic coming from right now? Organic, paid (social/search)? What's the traffic split and conversion rate?

I'd suggest looking at Shopping within Google Ads first. You can put a list of products & keywords you want to secure top positions for and run them on a dedicated budget with higher bids to see your listings more often when people search for them.

There's also opportunity to be more intentional with the SEO titles, including longer tail transactional phrases if your existing pages don't get much traffic.

A useful exercise would be to install Google Search Console & do an export of what terms ranks between page 10-20 to look into for  changes that are most likely to get them in the top 5.

I've also noticed a discrepancy between the email popup discount 5% vs menu bar 15%. Match the email to what is on the bar, likely to get more signups and increase email review if you've got nice welcome and abandonment flows.

Hey @urbanlushnz

I noticed that your product descriptions aren't in points. Buyers preferably want product pages that they can skim through while encapsulating everything they need to know about your plants.

Also, in my opinion, product titles need to have more information on the landing page.

Another thing I observed was there is an option to rate the product but no actual customer reviews. Genuine reviews can amp up the buying process.

Send reminders for abandoned carts. This can be using retargeting ads that remind the customers who viewed your products but did not complete the purchase. Retargeted ads have the potential to generate conversions on your products.

For in-depth solutions, read this comprehensive blog, which may help you accomplish the issue.
