best SEO tool

Hey everybody,

I know it's a bit less related to Shopify directly, but I'm looking for the best SEO tool for our hair care brand. We mostly target the U.S. audience for hair loss (women).

I was recommended Semrush, Screamingfrog, and ahrefs. Out of the three, what would you recommend for SEO? I'm looking to mostly find new headlines for blogs, good keywords, tracking our (and competitors') SEO rates and etc.

Thank you!

It depends on how much time/money you want to invest in SEO.

You have a store to run, so there are likely higher ROI ways to invest your time. So I'd probably go for Siteguru, which has a ~$60 lifetime license on Appsumo and will scan your site for improvements/opportunities.

It's not as detailed as Ahrefs or SEMrush, but those are only worth it if you're going to use all of those features (and it's much more expensive).

On the other hand, if you really are going to invest a ton of time and effort into SEO and highly optimizing your site, doing link building, writing posts, etc. then go with Ahrefs or SEMrush.

Hello @Tayloa,

Greetings from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $5Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot! I am Gina, and I am here to help.

All three of the tools you mentioned (Semrush, Screamingfrog, and Ahrefs) are great options for SEO, and each one has its own strengths and features. However, based on your specific needs, I think Ahrefs is the best choice.

For better SEO, I advise you to follow below suggestions:

1. Create high-quality content
Content is a key factor in SEO, and creating high-quality, informative, and engaging content can help improve your website's visibility and ranking. Focus on creating content that's relevant to your target audience uses relevant keywords, and provides value to your readers.

2. Build quality backlinks
Backlinks are an important factor in SEO, as they signal to Google that other websites consider your content to be valuable and relevant. Focus on building high-quality backlinks from reputable websites in your industry.

3. Optimize your website for mobile
Mobile optimization is increasingly important in SEO, as more and more users are accessing websites from their mobile devices. Make sure your website is mobile-friendly and loads quickly on mobile devices.

4. Use social media
Social media can be a great way to promote your content and build your brand online. Use social media channels to share your content, engage with your followers, and build relationships with influencers in your industry.

5. Monitor your analytics
Regularly monitoring your website's analytics can help you track your progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve your SEO strategy. Use tools like Google Analytics to track your website's traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Hope this helps

Gina
