Some SEO experts said that it is possible to tell Shopify to remove the blogs in e.g mysite.com/blogs/blog/xxxxx

It is true? If this is problem, what is the best solution?

No. When viewing a direct article link "blogs" will be part of that url.

My seo checking app tell me it hurts the site ranking in google. Does Shopify optimize it so that it doesnt affect ranking?
