Hello Everyone. What is the best way to send an email to all of my customers and/or subscribers at once? Is there a mass/bulk email feature in within the Shopify account or do I need to get an app? What are your thoughts?
You can use Shopify Email to send marketing content and mass messages to all of your subscribers/email list.
There are some requirements to setting up the Shopify Email app which you can read about here. Otherwise, we do have a large selection of third-party email marketing apps you can consider as well.
With Shopify Email and a paid Shopify plan, you have 2,500 free emails to send at the beginning of every month.

Shopify does support sending blast emails via Shopify Email app. You can try it. Please find it here https://imgur.com/3bVyOD7
However, there are some limitations in email editor and no email templates supported.

I have 18,000 customers/subscribers on my store and Shopify is blocking my email blast. I have tried twice and both get 5% out and then "Fail." It said I paid for every 1,000 over 10,000. What gives?
